Lasting for 2-5 years depending on how you take care of them, this treatment enhances the natural shape of your lips, giving them that boost, symmetry and color.

Lip Blush can enhance your lips, giving them an illusion of having 30% more volume that will last, unlike fillers.

By deepening the color of your lips, you're essentially creating a fuller, healthier look. It is an extremely popular semi-permanent make up treatment providing a flush of color as well as defining the lip contours.

It is a very effective way of dressing the lips as naturally pale lips can instantly be given a dramatic new appearance.

Pigments are available in all different shades to match all the lip colors to provide a subtle color that enhances the natural lip color, lip scars could also be camouflaged.

LIP SERVICES PROCEEDURE

For best results 2 sessions are required, (and color boosts through the years if needed)

A numbing cream is first applied to ensure comfort and left on for at least 30 minutes.

Once the lips are numb, we start by shaping the lips with a pencil to choose the perfect shape and also the perfect color.

The lips are more prone to swelling during treatment. If this should occur, swelling will quickly fade and will disappear totally within 1 to 2 days.

The color density may appear stronger at first than you anticipated, but this will fade after three to four days too.

Trauma around the mouth area may cause an occurrence of cold sores. It is usually a few days after the injury or procedure that cold sore pain begins.

→People who get cold sores will need to take preventative medication at least 2 days before the procedure

♦Healing Process♦

LIPS 5

Usual healing time varies and will take about 7-10 days

→Within 30-45 days, Lips go through three phases:

Too Dark, too light, and Just Right. Relax and trust the process.

♥1-4 Days: For about 4 days the lips will be chapping, and the color may appear darker since the color is oxidizing. Please use Aquaphor and aftercare instructions will be provided.

♥5-10 Days: Your lips will peel, and the color will look about 60% lighter

♥10-30 Days: The color will start to push through, the color blooms more and more every day. Your lips could remain dry for a month or two however by using lip balm this will help.

Will it hurt??

Have you heard the saying, “Beauty is pain?”

Lips can be sensitive and everyone's tolerance for pain is different. Topical numbing creams are used before and throughout this procedure, and you will feel a slight vibrating ping sensation.

If you can handle an eyebrow tweeze, you will totally survive this. Honestly, I've had clients fall asleep in my chair!

Listen up cold sore people!

This is about 90% of us!

Even if you haven’t had a cold sore in years (many of had them as small children) the virus never goes away, just lays dormant in your body, suppressed by your immune system.

During the process of a lip procedure, needles will be breaking the delicate skin of the lip and can actually cause the virus to “wake up” causing an outbreak.

If you know or suspect that you have had a cold sore in the past, you can ask your doctor for a prescription of anti-cold sore medications such as Valtrex. This will give you the upmost protection against getting cold sores after your procedure.

If you do not want to take prescription medication you can go to your local drug store and look for a product called Lysine Plus which is a lip ointment that can be used before and after the procedure to prevent and treat breakouts as well as help along the healing process.

Also recommend if you can't get Valtrex is to take 1000/mg L-lysine daily 10 days prior to and during healing (Make sure there are no drug interactions prior to this with current medications). L-lysine is an over-the-counter supplement and can be found at any drug store.

**Please keep in mind I am not a doctor and whatever method you decide should be discussed with your doctor. You are held responsible for any outbreaks and health issues that may occur.

As with any tattoo or procedure which breaks the skin you want to avoid contact with dirt or bodily fluids until fully healed.

It is recommended that you take Valtrex as follows: Take 1000 mg. the day before, 1000 mg. the day of your procedure, and 1000 mg. the day after your permanent makeup lip treatment. Check doses with your doctor.
